We maintain an area within our customer's manufacturing facility to collect ALL plastic returnable containers (internal or external) and metal racks. We clean, repair, relabel and prepare every container and rack to go back into use.
We operate within our customer's manufacturing site and work closely with their staff and within their manufacturing and planning systems to insure that the Production Schedule is not impacted by lack of containers or racks.
- Work done on all containers / racks recorded for tracking and historical purposes
- Act as Quality Inspection Agents for the customer and pull containers out of the loop if necessary.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to customer
- CPG has an on-site Manager that works closely with customer's Management Team.
